A brown Achel while waiting for my moules-frites at Au Trappiste, 4 Rue Saint-Denis. Selection of trappists and lambics is really pretty mediocre here. Only two gueuzes, neither of them named Cantillon or Girardin. No Orval, no Westmalle, no La Trappe. OK if you're a Chimay or Lindemans fan, I guess, but I can get them at my corner Franprix. First-world problems!
